Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to Your Questions

Is Financial Stability Matrix a fiduciary?
Yes — 100%. Every advisor on our platform is held to the fiduciary standard under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. We are legally obligated to act in your best interest at all times, and we receive no commissions or kickbacks from any product we recommend.
Which states do you serve?
We are licensed to serve clients in all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. Our insurance carriers are A-rated and admitted in every state, and our investment advisors hold Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations nationwide.
What is the minimum to start investing?
Our Capital Foundation package starts at $49/month with a $50,000 minimum investment. For self-directed brokerage accounts, you can begin with as little as $1 through fractional shares. Wealth Management services require $1M+ in investable assets.
How fast can I get approved for a loan?
Personal loans can be pre-qualified in 60 seconds with no credit-score impact, and funded within 24 hours. Mortgage pre-approvals take 48 hours, with closing in as little as 21 days. SBA business loans typically fund within 7–14 business days.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. Our pricing is fully transparent and disclosed upfront. Investment management fees range from 0.50% to 0.85% annually based on portfolio size. Loan origination fees (when applicable) are disclosed before you sign. Insurance commissions are paid by carriers, not you.
How are you different from a traditional bank?
Banks sell their own products. We shop 40+ carriers and 200+ fund families to find what's actually best for you. Banks rotate relationship managers every 18 months. Our advisors average 14 years of experience and stay with you for the long haul. We're fiduciaries; banks are sales organizations.
How does credit score repair work?
We use the Fair Credit Reporting Act to dispute inaccuracies, outdated accounts, and unverifiable items with all three bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion). Our clients see an average 80-point increase within 90 days. We charge a flat fee — no per-deletion games.
What happens to my data when I contact you?
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), stored in SOC-2 Type II compliant infrastructure. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
